Package of 12 washers and 12 toggles used to affix hook style buttons to uniforms and other articles of clothing–see photo demonstration of how they are applied.
Simply push the hook on the back of the button through a hole in the uniform, place the washer on the hook and slide the toggle onto the hook–locking the washer in place.
Washers are 5/8″ in diameter and toggles are 13/16″ long.
