This Mammoth Fossilized Tooth Bone Bark Rough Piece is about 1 5/16 x 15/16 x 1/8 inches and weighs about 1.7 grams, 0.059 ounces, or 8 carats.

When I acquired  this piece it was advertised by a reputable supplier as “fossil ivory.” It was several years ago so I have lost the provenance. I used to sell pieces like this at fairs. They have been used in carving.
